This TOS Page can be changed at any time with no warning, and so can my prices. If you buy a commission before a change to this page, the previous TOS applies, if you request again after a change to this page, the new TOS applies. (This is to protect both the commission worker and the commission buyer/requester.)Commission Requesters for FREE commissions will still have to abide by my TOS.

  • I have the right to deny any commission request.

  • If you have any questions of what I will and won't do, please message my discord or email.

  • NO REFUNDS If I have already started your commission <3

  • You cannot cancel your commission after you have paid.

  • You will be given a free sketch to approve before you have to pay. [PAY IN FULL]

  • Payment Methods: Paypal, Vgen, Cashapp, Ko-fi, Fiverr, etc. [Just ask if you don't see your payment here! ^^]

  • Do not rush me to finish commissions right away, I have many projects that I am working on.

  • Please respect my time, I have a life outside of the internet.

  • Credit is required, choose one below to credit.

  • All prices are in USD [can be different if you commission me on a site that converts your currency to USD, otherwise comms through my DMS are USD only.]

  • Do NOT ask me to mimic or copy someone else's art style.

  • I am allowed to post WIPs, Showcases, and Finished Projects anywhere on my social media [You may pay a $5 fee on top of the original price for privacy]

  • You have commercial rights to all commissions EXCEPT Vtuber Models. [Commercial License for model art is $5 on top of the original price.]

  • All the work I do is digital products. No shipping is available or needed.

  • You MUST give me one of your social media so that I may also credit you if I show your work publicly.

  • I can close/open commission anytime I need too [Will NOT affect commissons that are already accepted.]

  • If you do not read the TOS, you are still agreeing to this contract and you are still liable if you attempt or do break the terms listed above. ^
